training doesn't end the moment you finish your induction. if we didn't give you frequent opportunities to learn new skills we wouldn't expect you to stick around with us. however long you've worked with us, whatever position you've been promoted to – there's always more to learn, always ways to improve!

at wagamama you're part of a team. you're never alone. so whenever you feel like you're struggling, we'll point you in the right direction and help you to improve! every now and then we will give you a nudge if you need it and give you a pat on the back if you deserve it!
