when you join wagamama we will teach you everything you need to know about how to run our restaurants successfully

we have a restaurant dedicated to training new managers and, depending on the position you are employed in, you'll be training for between 7–9 weeks. as well as learning the operational side of our restaurants, you'll also learn about accounts, marketing and employment law, as well as focusing on building and leading teams

once your initial training is completed, we will continue nurturing your talents to ensure a long management career - opportunities to progress are never far away
