our beliefs and values

we want everything we do, whether it be the staff we employ, the food we develop, or the experience you have at wagamama, to be a positive one... and that's exactly what we aim to achieve. while we don't print our values on a wall we have broken them down into three basic principles that reflect who we are, what we believe in and most of all, what we strive to achieve

• why not? - we believe that people are different – we love quirkiness and individuality, whether it's our staff, our service or our customers
• fresh thinking - we want our customers to see the freshness of our food as a given, but we never take it for granted. our customers will always enjoy fresh and nutritious food, and to ensure this we should always ask how we can maintain and even improve standards
• brilliant at the basics - we know that it's the little things that are important, like smiling and being friendly. we want everyone who comes into contact with us to have a positive experience. we will work hard to tune into our customers needs, however small
